What type of data/information do I collect from you when you’re using my website?

  • Any messages submitted via email or my contact form(s) will be recorded, in addition to any further information such as venue/address details if you are enquiring about booking me.

  • Your name, email address and telephone number (if provided by you).

  • Any messages via social media.

  • Standard information collected by my Analytics software, including your operating system, browser type and IP address.

  • When you place an order, a record of your transaction will be recorded.

How will I use your data/information?

Your details will be kept in the original format (ie email) and in my master spreadsheet, with password protection.
 If you book me, relevant information and details will be added where necessary to fulfil the booking, such as invoicing.

I use your information to

  • Quickly process your transactions.

  • To send newsletters that you have opted-in to receive. (You can opt out at any time)

  • For internal accountancy/billing/tax purposes.

  • To improve the user experience of my website.

Can you access the data I have?

You can request access to the data I have in writing via email/my contact form.

Is your data secure?

All sensitive and credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Your personal information is contained behind secured software and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.

Your information will not be passed onto any third parties without your permission.

Please note, as the internet is not 100% secure, I cannot take responsibility for any loss of personal information that is beyond my control.

Can I delete the information/data I have about you?

In-line with GDPR, website users have a right to have personal data erased, otherwise known as “the right to be forgotten”.
In order to do this for you, I will need a request in writing – Via email or my contact form.

Do I use cookies?

Yes. Cookies are small files that enable the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information.

I use cookies to process the items in your shopping basket and help compile data about the website traffic and site interaction so that I can continually improve the site experience.
