In the run up to the 2018 Dawns' Vintage Weekender I decided to run a series of PRIZE DRAWS which included a bundle of merchandise, £100 voucher to spend at our onsite market Hotties Vintage Village and a FREE ticket for this year's Weekender. These monthly promotions were run over on my facebook page and proved very popular! In order to qualify for each monthly prize draw, people were asked to BOOK their place at Weekender with a £25pp deposit (with balance payable in small payments before the big weekend) and the date by which this was done, would determine how many of the monthly PRIZE DRAWS they'd qualify for. It runs as a cumulative entry, so the earlier the deposit is paid, then the more of the monthly draws each person would qualify for. Booking early is of course recommended in order to secure a chalet of choice.
The big prize draw was done by Yellowcoats Camp David and Amy on the opening night of the Weekender and an excited crowd gathered to find out who had won - and some had no idea that they'd been entered into the prize draws (some people aren't on facebook! Who knew!) so it came as a complete shock in some cases to find out they'd been even been entered!
So this year, I have decided to run the MONTHLY PRIZE DRAWS again, starting with MARCH!
However this times there's an exciting new development!
Each monthly PRIZE DRAW will be accompanied by some fabulous GIVEAWAYS! Whilst the entry requirement for the PRIZE DRAW is booking a Weekender ticket, the entry requirement for the GIVEAWAYS will simply be 'like/love/comment' on the post and (according to facebook rules) an optional 'share' so that you can literally share the love!
I've kicked off MARCH with this fantastic GIVEAWAY in honour of the 80's party that will happen on Saturday 5th October, and includes this Flashdance t shirt and pink hair accessory as modelled by myself during this hilarious 'editorial' style shoot with our own Make up Artist Amy-Lou who will be present all Weekend to add 50s 60s & 80s magic!
